GENERAL REGISTRATION

1st price: 745€. From bib number 101 to 250.

Option to pay in instalments 1st fee:

First payment: 295€ at the time of registration

Second payment: 450€ before  September 5th

2nd price: 845€ from bib number 251 to 350.

3rd price: 945€: from bib number 351 to 400.

CANCELLATION POLICY (included in the registration)

• Cancellations made before 11/07/23 at 11:00 will incur a processing fee of €89.
• Cancellations made before 11/08/23 at 11:00h will be charged at 50% of the registration fees paid to date.
• Cancellations made before 19/09/23 at 11:00h will be charged at 75% of the registration fee paid to date.
• Any cancellation made after 19/09/23 at 11:01h will not be entitled to any kind of reimbursement.
• The rest of the services offered by the organization (flights, bike delivery service, photo pack…) will not be entitled to any refund after having made the reservation and payment for these services.
• Registrations are nominal, person and untransferable. Name changes are not permitted.

REFUND GUARANTEE (OPTIONAL)

– Cancellations made before 19/09/2023 at 11:00h will not incur expenses, and 100% of the amount of registration fees paid so far will be refunded.
– Between 19/09/2023 at 11:01h and 01/10/2023 at 11:00h, a 50% of the amount of registration fees paid so far will be refunded. 

o In addition to the registration fee, 100% of the amount of the photography pack and the bicycle delivery and collection service will be refunded. The rest of the services offered by the organization
(return guarantee or other products in which expenses have been incurred by the organization) will not be entitled to any type of refund after having made the reservation and payment of these services.

o Registrations are nominal, person and untransferable. Name changes are not permitted.

– Any cancellation made after 01/10/23 at 11:01h will not be entitled to any kind of reimbursement.
